Finance Manager

We are in search of a passionate and experienced Finance Manager to take on the responsibilities of improving the structure of our accounting and finance practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both US and China accounting regulations and requirements, with a preference for Mandarin-speaking proficiency. This individual will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day finance operations in both locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Oversight:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of both the US and China offices.
• Ensure compliance with US and China accounting regulations and requirements.
• Implement and maintain best practices for financial management.
• Accounting booking, and oversee AR, AP.

• Assess and improve existing accounting and finance processes.
• Streamline procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

• Provide guidance on financial matters to team members and leaders.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.

• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Stay updated on US and China accounting regulations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements in both regions.
• Collaborate with external auditors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Substantial experience in finance management roles, including international exposure.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of US accounting regulations and a willingness to learn and adapt to Chinese accounting practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Attention to detail is a must
