Finance Manager
Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Finance Manager to join the team at our office in Newnan, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
This role reports to the Finance Lead for Fluidra’s Commercial, Spa and Specialty (CSS) business unit in Newnan, GA. The individual will be responsible for engaging with management and provide the reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting of the Spa and Commercial business units. They will drive organizational change through financial analysis in partnership with the commercial and operations leaders. In the current structure of the CSS finance organization, the individual will have visibility to executive leadership. Once settled, there will be opportunities to grow in the business by supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives.
This individual will be a strategic partner to the CSS business unit, driving performance through data analysis and financial review.
Our office works a 9/80 schedule or remote work every Monday and Friday and every other Friday off. This policy does require the individual to manage their work so that all deadlines are met. Additionally, you will:
- Lead the monthly financial and working capital forecasts, reporting and variance analysis of the businesses in partnership with the Commercial and Spa leaders
- Manage and improve KPI tracking to drive organizational results aligned with strategic initiatives
- Manage rebate, warranty, and return reserves
- Perform ad hoc financial models, Power BI dashboards and area specific analytics supporting data driven strategic decisions
- Enhance existing processes to drive timely and accurate deliverables
WHAT WE SEEK
- 7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Experience in managing P&Ls in a manufacturing and distribution environment is a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills driving thoughtful analysis as well as identifying key business issues underlying the numbers
- Enthusiastic “can do” attitude with the ability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment and team-oriented approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
- Proven ability to guide and influence through both formal and informal leadership
- Strategic thinker, but detailed operator; excellent business judgment
- Ability to grasp Fluidra’s short and long term priorities
- Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment
- Excellent process improvement and problem resolution skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, data management and reporting skills
- Experience in Epicor, Oracle or AS400 is a plus
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s is a plus
