Finance Manager

This role will support multiple Corporate Centers of Excellence. Analyze profit and loss income statements, generates forecasts and analyze trends. Prepare reports and provide recommendations for management. Partner with Finance leaders in monthly reporting on financial forecasts reflecting revenue, expenses, headcount, capital, and other metrics.

This role is a key member of the Global Finance team. Our team enjoys a hybrid workplace model where we work both in our newly renovated office in Atlanta, GA, as well as remotely.

What You'll Do:

• Regular reporting, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling

What Experience You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting enterprise FP&A.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, & scenario modeling.
• Experience in headcount management and Capex planning
• Detail oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results
• Proven creativity, problem solving and decision-making ability
• Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate granular data from varying sources into cohesive operational recommendations.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Strong Excel reporting / modeling skills with proficiency in Hyperion, Essbase, & Oracle strongly preferred
