About the role

This is a high profile role in a fast paced environment working with the senior leadership and operations team. It is varied and will include all aspects of finance in a busy start up. Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Preparation of financial accounts and analysis
• Implementing a scalable finance structure
• Product costing
• Margin analysis
• Corporate finance activities including investor relations
• Capex management
• Budget and forecasting
• Day to day operational involvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master/MBA a plus but not a prerequisite

• 3 - 5 years' experience of progressive roles in Finance / FP&A, preferably in a SaaS environment. Candidate with an equity research, investment banking, Corporate Finance or Top-Tier Consulting that understands both financial and operational metrics will also be considered. Data-driven mindset. SaaS experience very beneficial

• Can-do attitude and learning mindset
• Understanding of P&L components, unit economics and common SaaS metrics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with all levels of the organisation. Influence stakeholders using data.
• Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
