Job Scope

The Finance Manager role will provide strategic leadership to help define and support the execution of strategic initiatives in the Allegion Home business by applying their expertise and understanding of cost analysis, business case development and financial modeling.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate business case development and financial modeling for scenario planning activities including detailed product cost analysis
• Provide financial leadership and guidance within initiative team to improve business results and enable team to make well informed decisions
• Assimilate and evaluate risk/benefit trade-offs of project proposals related to make versus buy and integrated supply chain strategy
• Provide analytics and reporting to facilitate prioritization on capital investment and tracking business performance
• Provides input into strategy development and executional planning
• Support implementation and establishment of D365 for Queretaro location as well as internal control processes, forecasting, reporting requirements, etc
• Management reporting to leadership of financial updates on the overall initiative

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of increasing responsibility in finance, accounting or audit roles
• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure reporting tools such as Hyperion, Oracle, Microsoft ERP
• Proficient in plant cost accounting or at least familiarity
• Expert analytical skills including: Power BI, Excel Pivot tables, Advanced functions, effective link management, version control / data organization strategy
• Respected and viewed as credible by business and functional leaders and key stakeholders
• Ability to effectively engage cross functionally and influence at all levels in the organization
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with demonstrated experience driving strategies, projects, and risk management
• Champion of change - Embraces creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $85,100 to $158,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
• Bonus Eligible: Yes
