Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A

Lyft is seeking a Finance Manager of Corporate FP&A who can bring extensive corporate FP&A and strategic finance experience in a growth environment. The Corporate FP&A team is responsible for long-range planning, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, performing financial analyses, and partnering with senior leaders across the organization to steer the company towards its mid to long term goals.

Responsibilities:- Lead and maintain the long-range planning model and cash flow forecasting processes
- Work cross functionally to build financial forecasts across the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
- Build partnerships with leaders and functional managers to understand business drivers, trends, opportunities and risks
- Prepare financial updates for Executive Team and Board of Directors
- Identify process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and planning efficiency
- Partner with the Financial Systems teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives for key financial systems, infrastructure and reports.
- Special projects and ad hoc analyses
- BA/BS with 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking or related field with a track record of all-in ownership and delivering impact
- Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Detail oriented and willing to dig into complex problems
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify messaging while understanding the nuances
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $156,375 - $173,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
