Finance Manager - Global FP&A - (B4)

This Manager role under Corporate Planning Organization will support driving GFP&A activities for the entire company. This position involves analyzing, developing, and effectively presenting that content for the CFO, product groups, investor relations, and treasury. The position requires a high level of diligence as most of the reporting and presentations will serve the company's executive management.

This person will focus on spend, productivity metrics, and efficiency KPIs across the company and help summarize the data related to market trends and drivers, competitors, and business unit financials in a meaningful way. This person will proactively work with key business partners across the company to develop actionable reports and analyses. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working on strategic initiatives, hands-on analytics, and deliverables related to financial reporting cadence.

The right individual will have strong analytical skills and a work ethic, capable of executing deadlines and requests. Also, the person should demonstrate a solid grasp and understanding of financials and GAAP reporting, including an understanding of balance sheet and cash flow statements and drivers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform spend analytics in a meaningful way that takes into account business understanding toward actionable insights
• Perform regular predictive financial modeling, monitoring outcomes, and refining the model
• Interpret financial results into insights and recommendations for presentation to executives
• Act as a finance business partner and subject matter expert across the business
• Manage and update content as needed for investor relations events and board meetings
• Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions and ad-hoc projects
• Identify and implement reporting of key financial metrics that enable meaningful insights and improve the visibility of the company's financial results
• Partner with GIS to enable implementation of reporting systems and processes across Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) - Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related degree preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in Finance/Accounting for reputable firms
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, data visualization
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Attention to detail, ability to think clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity to learn the business, improve processes and strive for excellence
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience in implementing new finance technology such as Tableau, Big Data, etc., a plus

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
