Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of the FP&A group for the GTO segment of Broadridge, this position will provide financial support within the North America Wealth business. This role will be responsible for cross-functional reporting and analyses with an emphasis on operational improvement and standardization. This position will work closely with the business partners and finance colleagues in managing, forecasting, and delivering financial results that are aligned with the business and overall company expectations. The successful candidate will be able to provide financial mentorship and insight into operational variables during the analysis process and validate/disseminate key assumptions, model outcomes, conclusions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement forward-looking financial models, product & client profitability metrics, new business scenarios and ad hoc analyses to further support improved financial performance
  • Transform existing datasets and information into "next generation" reporting using BI tools
  • Find opportunities for operational improvement and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive standardization of "standard methodology" across the Finance organization
  • Perform variance/trend analysis of monthly financial results including but not limited to Sales, Revenue, Expense and Margins
  • Develop monthly forecasts, annual operating budget and multi-year strategic plan which requires identification and collection of relevant information from various functional groups including Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR
  • Ensure month end close activities are performed accurately and within required timelines
  • Conduct meetings with Business Partners/Leads to review financial performance/opportunities and help drive future results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 5-7 years of FP&A experience working directly with business partners
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel; experience with TM1 a plus
  • Experience with connecting multiple data sources with capability to develop visual reports, dashboards and critical metric scorecards using Power BI a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle several priorities and work under deadlines
  • Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and implement creative solutions that support increased efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Team oriented with ability to work independently, communicate effectively and concisely, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and good judgment when faced with unstructured situations.
