What You'll Bring:
  • Master's degree with credentials in Accounting or Finance and ability to apply key accounting & finance principles
  • 10+ years of direct experience in a financial forecasting, planning and analytics
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in leadership
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g. PeopleSoft/Hyperion/OneStream)
  • Experience with business intelligence applications (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Alteryx)
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment and independently execute on multiple deliverables while meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with presentation experience
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to apply innovative approaches and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build/update complex reports, models and dashboards to track specific financial performance
  • Ability to create ad-hoc financial analysis driven by the ever changing dynamics of a global organization
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Impact You'll Make:
  • Effectively Lead FPA team in a manner that contributes to the growth/development of the team & our processes
  • Manage quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle using models, analytics, effective communications and collaboration with business partners.
  • Clearly communicate financial performance to leadership and business owners.
  • Provide consultative business intelligence to leadership to drive financial performance, anticipate future pressures, and manage spend, to ensure continued growth from bottom line perspective.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects, focus to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight.
  • Ensure a collaborative and uplifting team environment that encourages a healthy work life balance and inclusive workplace
