Job Description

Reporting to the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance Director, the individual will be a key finance resource in the Supply Chain finance team and will liaise with the ISC leadership team, Corporate FP&A, and business unit and Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) Finance. Working with the Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I) group and their peers in the ISC Finance team, the individual will oversee all ISC Finance processes on behalf of the ISC Finance Director, and work on strategic ISC projects.
Responsibilities to include:
- Lead product sales forecasting processes working with Planning, Sourcing, Logistics and the business unit finance teams as needed, attending weekly service reviews, and completing presentations for senior leadership
- Liaise with GA&I on forecast processes and review initial ISC forecast rollup
- Lead Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) preparation
- Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets - plants, functions, logistics, etc and communicate targets to function leaders and finance
- Lead ISC investment prioritization processes working with Supply Chain Strategy and other functions
- Support Network Optimization initiative and other strategic projects. Develop business cases as needed
- Finance business partner to VPs Manufacturing Operations, reviewing consolidated plant results, developing plant analysis as needed, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating analysis/findings with VPs
- Support/lead Integrated Supply Chain projects as needed by leadership
- Primary back up to the ISC Finance Director - understand ISC results, linkages across ISC organization, lead causal meeting with Corporate FP&A
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years' experience, with some experience in an FP&A business partner role
- Manufacturing or supply chain finance experience strongly preferred
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills capable of interacting with peers and senior leadership
- Strong business acumen with an ability to look at the 'big picture', and be able to connect the dots between the different parts of supply chain
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proven business partner and expert problem solver; sorts through complex issues and makes sound recommendations
- Prior experience in analyzing, forecasting, and planning a P&L
- An impeccable sense of integrity and business ethics
