Finance Manager - (M4)

It is an exciting time for our company, and we are looking for a Finance Manager to be a key financial business partner to our Equipment Product Group operations supporting the Mask and Vericell Business Units.

The Equipment Product Group (EPG) business unit is a key element with its strategic position in the semiconductor specialty-equipment market. This role will be responsible for the forecasting and reporting of EPG's Mask and Vericell P&Ls as well as Consolidations for total EPG P&L including Opex reporting. This position plays a key role in driving profitability through operational performances and delivering predictable financial results for the corporation.

Finance Manager - EPG 200MM Business Unit

• Participates in and owns portions of the preparation of the annual operating plan, long-term strategic plan, quarterly forecasts and quarter-end financial reporting for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, operating margins, and balance sheet
• Provides analysis to identify risks and opportunities to operations and the business unit that will assist with the forecasting and reporting processes
• Partners with respective Business Operations and manages the project plans for product growth and development to align with strategies to forecasts and influence outcomes (creation of ROI, investment models, and business plans)
• Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives to drive gross margin and profitability improvement
• Develops complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing, and performance mgmt.
• Collaborates with Business Unit to identify and drive profitability
• Performs required activities and analysis to complete forecasting cycles with minimal oversight on recurring tasks
• Supports team input to inventory & variance team for standard revaluation cost impacts & Inventory outflow model inputs
• Provides leadership and guidance to the revenue, costing, and I&W analysts that assist with the forecasting and reporting processes
• Partners with business management, marketing, engineering, and other functions to align analyses and forecasts and influence outcomes
• Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives to drive gross margin and profitability improvement
• Develops complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing, and performance mgmt.
• Collaborates with Business Management on customer deals, including profitability analysis
• Performs required activities and analysis to complete forecasting cycles with minimal oversight on recurring tasks

Key Qualifications

• Analytically savvy, strong problem solver, and with high-level of intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills - including the ability to influence decisions, draft, and present executive summaries and articulate recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teaming skills, and customer relationship skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Accounting and financial knowledge are required
• Advanced knowledge of systems capabilities and overall business processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
• Bachelor's Degree a must, Masters or MBA is a plus
