Required Skills

Finance Manager, Marketing Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Reality Labs Marketing organization
• Create partnerships and own relationships with RL Marketing Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners
• Build analyses to drive better investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
• Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
• Help define and implement scalable financial processes

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
• Experience managing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
• Experience managing financials with business partners
• Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time

Preferred Qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
• Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase
