Title: Finance Manager (Temp-Perm Onsite in Irvine, CA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. This role is initially temporary with the potential to transition to permanent based on performance and business needs. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and creating financial statements
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Availability to work onsite in Irvine, California

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of BVAs
• Manage and monitor the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as require

Compensation:

• $48 - $50 per hour
