Finance Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities• Reports to Director of Finance supporting the VP of Operations. Provide financial support and guidance toCongo Brands Operations Team. Lead budget and forecast process for Congo Brands Operations organization.• Manage a team of 3 Financial Analysts responsible for Operation budgets and forecasts including Manufacturing & Innovation, Transportation, Sourcing and Customer Supply. Develop and prepare periodic reporting packages and provide them to NA Planning Team.• Prepare and manage Operations spending forecasts. Support S&OP process and ensure S&OP is aligned with related forecast elements. Collaborate with Operations Team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate the profitability of various co-manufacturers, suppliers and initiatives. Partner with Operations Team to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.• Manage the annual Capital plan, forecast and approval process.• Support VP of Operations and Director of Finance in special projects and corporate initiatives.• Lead, manage, and grow the Operations Finance team while providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.• 7+ years of finance experience (investment banking, financial consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.)including 2+ years in management roles.• CPG Industry experience preferred; ideally, with understanding of contract manufacturing structures and relationships.• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting including GAAP accounting.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
