Job Summary:

The Finance Manager, Portfolio is a key advisor to the Airports division and supports market level and consolidated branch deliverables. This role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, capital, revenue management, sales, sales operations, and business development teams.

• Job Responsibilities

• Provides financial and strategic support to business development, assisting with proposals for new airport contracts, contract extensions, business reviews, and relationship management.
• Leads airport concession agreement review and negotiations, acts as main point of contact for airport concession audits, and coordinates research and responses to auditors’ requests, then communicates outcome to all internal stakeholders. 
• Works with real estate and business development to evaluate new business opportunities by calculating estimated cash flows, net present values, and more via the proforma process and secure corporate deal approval for viable new investments.
• Manages monthly forecasting of capital expenditures and analyzes capital investment projects and market development
• Works with financial analysts and the business development team to monitor competitor performance and analyze data related to contract bidding.
• Facilitates compliance with concession agreements, including meeting all reporting requirements, then communicates key financial requirements to all stakeholders.
• Review financial statements with sales, operations, and business development teams, then identifies risks and opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Prepares reports for management and corporate partners to appraise operating results in terms of costs, budgets, trends and performance then works with sales, operations, and general management to implement and track cost savings initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
