Finance Performance & Operations enable the business to focus on the core assignment by providing efficient ways of working and support for financial and administrative processes.

We are looking for Finance Navigators

To be successful as Finance Navigator we believe that you have strong and proven skills in finance controlling and accounting principles. You have strong analytical, numerical & data visualization skills and proficiency in analytical tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik or similar). You can explain and communicate financial insights in a clear and inspirational way and to establish and develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders. You have a high interest in finance- and cost management related topics, act with curiosity, proactiveness, goal orientation and drive for results. You are committed to find root causes, suggesting and implementing corrective actions, believing in doing things a little bit better every day. You have an eye for detail but can also take a holistic perspective.

We are looking for one (1) Finance navigator who will be working with profitability analysis, converting large & complex datasets into facts, actionable insights and user-friendly performance follow ups. You lead the development of analytical approaches. You are securing data completeness & correctness in close collaboration with finance and business navigation departments across the IKEA value chain.

We are also looking for two (2) Finance Navigators who will be working as business partners, leading the financial planning process in the business partner’s organization, taking part in deciding on resource allocation. You are ensuring correct monthly closing, providing cost follow up with financial analysis & insights to enable the right business decisions at the right time, spotting future opportunities or risks.

We want you to have:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience from finance navigation/controlling or similar role.

Academic education in Finance and business administration, Economics, or similar. 

Strong analytical, numerical & data visualization skills and proficiency in analytical tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik or similar).

Previous experience from IKEA value chain is meriting.

You will report to the Finance Planning & Reporting Manager, Finance Performance & Operations, Range.
