About This Role:

The Finance Operations Administrator role supports the director of finance operations and works side by side with the rest of the team to ensure execution of the finance operations vision and mission. Due to the nature of the role, it requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality along with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and comprehension of requirements. The work and the relationships are engaging and challenging and require a high energy person with a willingness to grow.

Job Description:

• Support commission analyst with the timely and accurate payment of variable compensation.
• Support Forrester's travel program through engagement with travel vendors, enablement of travelers, and KPI reporting.
• Support Forrester's ESG program through engagement with ESG vendors, collaboration with internal operations teams, and KPI reporting.
• Understand and leverage system reporting and queries and provide reporting as required.
• Respond to queries and concerns from stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry as required across finance operations.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and modeling, as needed.
• Maintain all enablement and collaboration sites, tools, and content.

Job Requirements:

• Three to five years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong Excel proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
• Take a curious approach to projects and work.
• Desire and capacity to understand the implications and consequences of the work and decisions made in the course of the work.
• The ability to build and maintain personal rapport with all stakeholders within all levels of the organization.
• Highly accountable for areas of responsibility, with full ownership of tasks and processes.
• Highly organized, with a passion for details and getting them right.
• Patience, empathy, discipline, and courage are cornerstones of success in this role.
