Finance Operations Analyst

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst
Position Type: Contract
Location: Lehi, UT 
Salary Range / Rate: $19/hr. to $20/hr.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Support customer account management, business consultation, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and product provisioning.
• Perform complex validations of revenue transactions across multiple selling channels ensuring alignment with product rules, revenue standards, and compliance policies.
• Execute work in compliance with SOX controls, including drafting controls, narratives, and process documents, and partner with auditors on control design and execution.
• Serve as a steward and knowledge expert on customer information related to contracting, order management, and provisioning to provide business recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail with a central focus on customer experience
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Solid documentation and organizational skills
• Self-starter capable of independent work
• Competence in interpreting legal contracts, terms, and conditions
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations
• Proficiency in Office 365, ERP, CRM

Education:

• Minimum: Associate's Degree
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent
• Experience: 2-5 years in a related role
