Job description
Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst
Department & Team: PS Finance Operations
Reports to: Irish S. Ibarra
Location: Manila, Philippines

Summary:

Positions in this job family are responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of finance, including financial planning & analysis, financial operations, and financial reporting, as well as managing or performing work for high-value commercial deal financial analysis support, and managing and structuring M&A deal financials.

Activities include:

• Managing financial transaction/data, financial data verification, financial records maintenance, and compiling/maintaining ad-hoc financial information and reports.
• Developing and reporting on financial forecasts.
• Analyzing key sales opportunities and providing pricing and financials support.
• Analyzing strategic opportunities for possible mergers & acquisitions with a core focus on target financials.

Expectations for this job profile are typically as follows:

• Work with limited guidance on larger projects and assignments that have a direct impact on immediate team's results.
• Apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis needed to solve problems.
• Build working relationships with peers to resolve problems through collaboration.
• May provide guidance to entry level professionals or support employees.

Qualifications / Skills Required and Preferred:

• 2 to 5 years of general accounting, business or finance related experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA is an advantage

• High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial analysis

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and within a team environment.

• Software, Hi-Tech experience preferred.

• Tool / application experience preferred: Microsoft Excel, Workday and SFDC

• Ability to work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skill
