Finance Operations and Project Manager
Job Description
Our amazing finance team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Finance operations manager to join us! The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.
As a Finance operations and project manager, you will play a pivotal role to support the company’s growth and scale.
About The Role:
- Proactively identify and initiate process improvements opportunities and push to create automation where appropriate to support scaleÂ
- Work in collaboration with different stakeholders within finance, business applications teams and other departments
- Design, manage and monitor data cleansing, data migration and BI projects including related QA and supporting SOX controls and procedures
- Initiate and lead projects end to end: design, implement, test and document to provide with high-quality solutions which meet the business needs
- Maintain proper controls and procedures to ensure SOX requirements are metÂ
- Manage and lead user acceptance tests programs working in conjunctions with end users and business applications teamÂ
- Own specific finance operations ongoing tasks and processes which support the business needs

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Finance Project Manager/ Finance Operation role (preferably from a big company)
- Past experience working within a finance department
- Hands-on process oriented and data driven approachÂ
- Experience with NetsuiteÂ
- Experience with Planning and budgeting systems - a significant plus
- Outstanding Excel skills (experience with Power Query a significant plus).Â
- Experience with BI tools and SQL (a significant plus)
- Ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Experience in leading high scale cross organizational projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Fluent English – writing and verbal
