About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Associate to drive the day-to-day financial management of the company. Your responsibilities include managing account records, payroll, invoicing, building and revising financial reports, and preparing ad hoc analyses for leadership.
The ideal Finance & Operations Associate can provide accurate financial reporting and efficient account management.
Requirements

• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as a team member and interact with internal and external customers professionally and courteously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly customer invoice generation and revenue forecasting.
• Work with leadership to execute financial analysis and drive decision-making.
• Communicate with customers to ensure payments are tracked, accounts receivable are on-time, and billing questions are answered.
• Run payroll
• Record QuickBooks Online monthly transactions (generating P&Ls).
• Own vendor onboarding for all new customer accounts in respective invoicing portals.
• Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
