The Opportunity

Adobe's Digital Media Finance organization is seeking a Finance Operations Lead. We're looking for someone to help keep things running efficiently in partnership with all areas of the business through coordination, cooperation, and collaboration.

Your main "North Star" will be to work across the organization as well as cross-functionally to coordinate and orchestrate key projects and initiatives which drive the success of Digital Media Finance. You will embody operational excellence, break down silos, and influence teams all across Finance.

What You'll Do

As Adobe is growing quickly, every day will be different from the next, but below are a few things in particular that you'd independently own and drive:

• Develop a cadence for operational syncs and communications, keep a pulse on major projects
• Manage logistics, operations, and scheduling for major deliverables, end of quarter activities, and annual financial planning
• Connect with stakeholders and manage dependencies, clearly articulate downstream impacts of changes
• Coordinate quarterly DME Finance All Hands including information gathering, prep meetings, brainstorm key topics, guest speakers, gather feedback
• Drive enablement activities across Finance community such as organizing technical trainings, mentorship opportunities, automation idea-thons
• Manage roadmaps for ARR, Revenue, Expense, and Automation teams, to be shared out on a regular cadence
• Build shared resource site for DME Finance
• Represent DME Finance in Business Operations meetings
• Chief Morale Officer for DME Finance

What you need to succeed

• Positivity and agility in response to shifting priorities depending on business needs
• Proven experience in business manager or operations type roles
• General knowledge of FP&A
• Comfort communicating to and working directly with senior executives
• Dedication to accuracy and quality
