Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering accurate and insightful financial projections.
- Develop and implement financial performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the organization's financial health and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, providing comprehensive insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and potential risks.
- Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, assessing product lines, customer segments, and business units to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and streamlining of financial analysis and reporting processes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, communicating financial results, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and emerging financial analysis techniques to continuously enhance the organization's financial performance analysis capabilities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- 5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and forecasting, and performance management. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically, identify key drivers of financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the organization's operations, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Pay rate starts at $10/hour and vary by experience and location.
Other Requirements- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur.
- Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
- HD webcam
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.

- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) from Monday to Friday.

- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
