A successful Finance Power Platform Lead brings a blend of skills in business processes and technology as well as proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. Essential Functions

Design and help deliver a modern Finance customer experience platform Drive digital platform enablement strategy and vision by contributing and partnering with various technical and business teams Interpret functional/business requirements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver Azure Data Analytics and Power Platform solutions Explore and create innovative solutions from challenging business outcome needs and removing barriers to execution through expertise and business partnership Utilize problem-solving skills to understand customer pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise Advise and provide long-term perspective for functional digital technology choices using technical judgement Develop strategic vision for Power Platform solutions, providing a comprehensive roadmap for customer needs Assists in managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI Reports and Datasets Possess a deep understanding of low code no code strategies for identifying relevant use cases to meet business, financial, and technical objectives Document and maintain records for lessons learned Create and distribute work instructions to aid users in the use of applications Work with our BI Solutions team, ensuring estimating and solutioning guidance for Power Platform products is readily available for teams to leverage

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required if primary work location in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Technical:
  • Expert knowledge and capabilities to design, develop, deploy and maintain data driven applications in the Microsoft Power Platform Suite including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Data Verse data management platforms and Azure cognitive services
  • Ability to develop applications which meet business requirements
  • Project management with agile delivery methodology
  • Sound knowledge in security standards (RLS, OLS, FLS) and data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, and collecting data from multiple data systems
• Leadership and Change Management:
  • Experience in establishing operational objectives and work plans of people not directly reporting to self
  • Collaborator, problem solver, effective communicator, proven business partner.
  • Enthusiasm for transformation, relationship building, and partnership across the organization at all levels
  • Microsoft Data, Power BI and Power Platform certification not required but considered a plus
