Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant who will be responsible for managing HR finance topics accounts receivables controlling tasks and supporting various finance projects across multiple departments. As part of a small but growing team this role is ideal for a finance driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a background or interest in audit. Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle payroll processing benefits administration and employee expense reimbursements.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

• Assist with HR budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with different departments to support various finance-related projects.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.

• Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and tools.

The Right Person Would Have:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Finance Accounting or related field.

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.

• Strong knowledge of HR finance accounts receivables and controlling.

• Fluency in German and English is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
