About the Role: 

Role requires being key contact based in Korea for all Finance Operations and Sales Operations duties in support of corporate teams, working closely with Korea based sales teams.

Role requires a customer oriented professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

A day in the life of our Finance & Sales Operation Specialist:
  1. Finance Operations Duties:
    • Vendor Registration Process (required for billing and invoicing)
    • Filling the forms like Vendor Master Form, Payment Mandate, Turnover declaration Letter pertaining to E-Invoicing etc.
  2. Maintaining certificates like:
    • Company Incorporation Certificate for Altium Korea
    • Goods & Service Tax Certificate for Altium Korea
    • Permanent Account Number Certificate for Altium Korea
    • Tax Filing Declaration (standard requirement for 3 previous years)
    • Bank Certification for Altium Korea (normally provided by HSBC)
    • MSME Certificate for Altium Korea (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises – category under which Altium Korea is registered)
    • Legal Entity Identifier Certificate for Altium Korea
    • Import /Export Certificate
    • Address Proof Document (Latest Telephone Bill/Bank Statement etc.,)
    • Important Note: Making sure of relevant certificate timely renewals  
  3. Billing : Every Outgoing invoice should be carefully verified for correct customer GST Number, GST Tax Type, TAX Amount, Invoice Template before digitally signature.
  4. Document Management & Storage:  Maintaining agreements, collecting monthly incoming invoices and redirecting them to payables and co-ordinating with Finance to make sure payments are done in time.
  5. Accounts Receivables
  6. Direct customers & Value Added Resellers : Responsible for close follow-up on Accounts Receivables
  7. Post & Banking Needs : Collecting Post from the registered office and sharing scanned copies with appropriate teams.  Coordinating banking works like Physical cheque deposits etc.,
  8. Accounts & Tax Filing
Who We’re Looking For

Operational Skills

  • Should be able to handle vendor registration process
  • Should be able to handle local invoice generation / issuing to appropriate customer contacts
  • Should be able to follow-up on cash collection
  • Should be able to coordinate with local auditing firms on monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory requirements on timely manner and make sure there are no lapses.
  • Assist Finance with necessary reports/figures..etc.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings

Minimum Requirements 

  1. Graduate degree (MBA) in business administration or related discipline and six to nine years of administrative experience
  2. Technologically savvy with intermediate to advanced skill with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Sales Force) and database management systems desirable.  
  3. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors. 
  4. Self-starter with a pro-active, take charge orientation.
  5. Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  7. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  8. Attention to detail and problem solving skills   
  9. Written / Verbal knowledge of local language (Korean) is required with written/verbal knowledge of English also required as a second language 

       The salary range for this role is {50,000,000KRW-65,000,000KRW}
