Rate of Pay: $139,900/year - $170,000/year Â
Hours: Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)Â
Job Duties:Â
Responsible for Corporate financial planning and analysis. Perform monthly close of books, variance analysis, preparation of presentation materials for CFO, and BoD review. Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operating results and information. Improve forecast accuracy and visibility. Serve as key business partner and contributor to growth strategies, tactics, mid- and long-range planning. Provide support for existing frameworks for effective investment decision making. Maintain forecast activity, departmental budgets, and headcount details. Prepare the budget vs. actual analysis and other relevant reporting. Support thoughtful analysis evaluating key drivers and metrics. Collaborate with Accounting on accruals as well as other elements of the close process. Evolve these procedures to continuously improve and automate these processes, as needed. Automate weekly flash reports on top-line bookings and revenue forecasting. Aid in management reporting, including critical metrics, business trends, and performance vs. plan for senior management and the Board. Remote work is permissible.Â
Minimum Requirements:Â Â
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Business, Management, or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Â
Special Requirements:Â Â
One (1) year of experience must include:Â Â
- Building financial planning model from scratch in Anaplan;Â Â
- Agile methodology for collecting project requirements, scoping out the project milestones, managing stakeholders, and implementing solutions;Â Â
- Performing data cleaning and transformation, and standardizing raw data and formatting it such that it is ready for import into Anaplan or other analysis tools;Â Â
- Forecasting and reporting on SAAS financial metrics and Headcount planning;Â Â
- Performing topline forecasting;Â Â
- Building dashboards and charts to allow for fast consumption of large information and to aid in decisions making; and Â
- Performing time series data analysis in MS Excel.Â
