Finance Specialist

Here at Mindera we are continuously developing a fantastic team and we'd love you to join us! We partner with like-minded clients to drive the advancement and maturity of their tech estate. This role is crucial for our finance team to run smoothly and efficiently. We have recently taken back in-house the preparation of our statutory accounts, and we are looking for a Finance Specialist to join us.

This is an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension. We will require you on-site at our office in Leicester 2-3 days a week so you can connect with the team.

• Preparation of statutory accounts for a multinational company and its subsidiary accounts under FRS 102.
• 14 subsidiary statutory accounts in total.
• Candidate will need to create a robust process using the provided consolidated accounts to enable them to populate the statutory accounts in Microsoft Word.
• Candidate will need to produce subsidiary stat accounts from TB’s using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word based documents.
• Required to work with existing finance team and Liaise with external auditors and company Directors.

• Strong knowledge on statutory requirements.
