Finance Specialist

The Financial Planning & Analysis department at Breeze Airways is central to creating a data-driven and cost-conscious culture. Breeze is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team in administering all company credit card programs and reimbursement platforms. Success in this role will require being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with all Team Members, as a face of the Finance organization throughout the company, it’s essential they display all the company values, but especially Kindness.

·         Ensuring new Teams Members are added to the necessary expense platforms

·         Ordering physical company credit cards for approved Team Members

·         Issuing monthly funds for charter operations and pilot commuting expenses

·         Acting as final reviewer and approver for expense reimbursement requests

·         Responding to Team Member questions related to expense platforms and programs, or reimbursement processes

·         Updating Team Member access and approval flows for role changes and terminations

·         Maintaining and improving informational Sharepoint pages on the Breeze intranet

·         Bring new thinking and ways of approaching old problems, including documenting current processes and identifying solutions

·         Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Finance leadership

·         Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Minimum Qualifications

·         At least 1 year of experience supporting Finance teams or financial initiatives

·         High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility

·         Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

·         Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success

·         Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines

·         High school degree

Preferred Qualifications

·         4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited university

·         Experience with various Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
