Job Summary

The Finance Specialist is responsible for ownership over the customer rebate program within the Americas business of Color, Additives and Inks. This position will maintain accurate accruals and administration of 100+ customer rebates. In addition, new customer creations in SAP and other master data maintenance will also be in scope for this role. The position will report into the finance manager for the ColorMatrix US/CA and Advanced Dispersions businesses.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for all aspects of customer rebate program for contracts that contain performance terms.

• Responsible for customer master data management

• Completes month-end statement billings for key customers

• Produces daily order reports

• Other duties/projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required

• 5+ years' experience in finance, customer rebate management or other pertinent field

• SAP experience preferred

• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
