We are currently looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team. The Finance Specialist will report to the Controller with dotted lines to billing and accounting leaders. The Finance Specialist will assist in any or all of the facets of Finance including but not limited to: Billing operations & Customer Support, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expense Reimbursement Management, and other ad hoc projects or reporting.
Responsibilities of the Finance Specialist:
- Support billing with day-to-day billing transactions and Customer Support in Salesforce & Netsuite operating systems by closing out go lives, new customer setups, and answering billing questions.
- The Finance Specialist will generate A/R invoices ensuring contractual compliance for Tier 1 billing groups.
- Post payments from customers.
- Support accounting by receiving and verifying incoming bills with appropriate coding in Netsuite and bill.com.
- The Finance Specialist will manage employee reimbursements, review, verify, document in Divvy.
- Manage credit card entries, reconciliations, and proper job costing.
- Generate Payables reports and other reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 1 year of billing and/or accounting experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience with Netsuite, Salesforces and Bill.com a plus.
- Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and staff and customer relations.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to document and implement processes and procedures.
- Self-motivated and self-directed
