Finance Specialist (Contractor)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant majors .

• Ex cellent command of both written and spoken English

• Willingness and potential for learning and development

• Knowledge in SAP & MS Office Set is a plus

• Possess attention to detail s ; analytical , research, and reconciliation skills

• Be a self - starter , accountable and have sense of urgency in delivering results

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Good team player

Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial shared service operations and cooperate with hub colleagues as a local point of contact.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders , such as auditors , vendors , and financial institutions , as needed

• Contribution on p repar ing and analyzing financial statements and reports

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes , including journal entries and account reconciliations

• Oversee general ledger activities

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards , regulations , and company policies

• P repare data for local tax submissions

• Collaborate with internal teams to address financial needs and align on organizational goals

• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
