In this position you will…

... be responsible for supporting the finance manager in various tasks, including intercompany accounting, cash management, tax compliance, financial analysis, and closing processes. You will also assist with external audits and perform other duties as needed.

You will be responsible for…

• Financial Operations: Overseeing and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all finance tasks, providing support to the finance manager.

• Intercompany and Cash Management: Managing intercompany accounts and handling petty cash transactions.
• Tax Compliance: Preparing overseas payments, submitting related taxes (PP.36, PND. 54) and issuing tax certifications in English.
• Financial Analysis (Payment and Performance Monitoring): Reviewing payment transactions, tracking customer payment performance, and generating relevant reports.
• Financial Closing and Auditing: Supporting the accounting team in monthly and yearly financial closing and collaborating with external Thai and US auditors.
• Additional Duties: Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or other related work experience – preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Finance task
• Excellent analytical ability
• Flexible and able to deliver results under tight deadlines (Time management)
• Teamworking & Collaboration ability
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent English proficiency
