Job Description
Our Finance team is expanding and we are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to manage our Finance ERP Workday Adaptive Planning. This role is crucial for optimizing our financial system and enhancing forecasting techniques.
What your day could consist of:

Manage Adaptive Instance: Maintain and improve the performance of our Adaptive instance by identifying and implementing enhancements.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate financial reporting within Adaptive ensuring alignment with Intacct and Workday HCM
-
Financial Modeling: Build and transition financial models from Google Sheets to Adaptive enhancing our budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

User Training: Educate finance team members on Adaptive functionalities and best practices.

Troubleshooting: Serve as the main contact for system issues and coordinate with third-party support and contractors
What is needed:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.

2-3 years of experience with finance systems specifically Adaptive Insights or Pigment.

Strong analytical skills

Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy.

Proactive and passionate about improving forecasting techniques while managing multiple projects.

Keen to learn and explore other areas within the finance function to support overall team objectives.

Chicago preferred but open to remote
