We are seeking a driven MS Dynamics 365 (F&O) Team Leader to spearhead our Finance Systems ecosystem. As part of our dynamic Business Applications and Engineering team, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365, integrations, and Power Platform automations to drive impactful change. This team champions a strong collaborative spirit, ensuring flawless interaction between your focus on finance Systems and the broader range of technologies utilised across ESW.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & Architect Solutions: Design, build, and govern robust Dynamics 365 F&O solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standard processes.
• Drive Innovation & Capability: Collaborate with team members to identify future product directions and technical capabilities for success.
• Lead Integrated Solutions: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and interconnected systems, demonstrating innovative tools.
• Manage Technical Delivery: Lead configuration and customisation of Dynamics F&O, working with the broader Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
• Foster Collaboration: Promote coordination across technical teams to ensure seamless integrated solution delivery.
• Consultancy & Collaboration: Participate in consultancy projects and work within impactful, collaborative teams. Serve as a resource for peers and contribute to meetings, clearly explaining technical solutions to business customers and partners.
• Manage Development Lifecycle: Lead the overall development process from design to deployment, building configuration-first solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Design sophisticated technical solutions and integrations, supporting the team's digital transformation.
• Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic guidance on design and architecture, while investigating new features and techniques to optimize Dynamics 365 F&O utilization.

Requirements

• Proven expertise and experience with Dynamics 365 FSCM – Finance & Operations
• Experience with crafting MS Dynamics workflows, coordinating finance departments (AP/AR/Revenue/etc.), reporting, etc.
• Troubleshooting and investigation of complex MS Dynamics issues
• Solid understanding of Microsoft stack such as MS SQL Server, Plugins and custom workflows
• Demonstrable record of delivering applications from technical designs or specifications
• Client facing experience and ability to talk to senior partners including gathering requirements
• Previous experience of leading, mentoring and coaching a team
• Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills
