What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Lead new initiatives from inception to completion, involving multiple stakeholders.
• Automate analysis and finance processes.
• Improving work processes, tools and technology, and improving the value that the finance department produces for the organization.
• Represent the finance department in the development of new products and features.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops and other internal teams to drive cross-company execution. 
• Train and support finance teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of organizational / operational / business consulting and / or experience working in the finance department – required
• Capable of leading projects and managing changes
• Ability to quickly learn new work environments
• Experience with SQL/automation systems – required
• Experience working with Alteryx- Advantage
• High level of spoken and written English
• Proficient in Excel and Power Query
• Logical and quantitative thinking combined with business understanding
