POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Analysis Advisor works closely with the Sr. Advisor and Director - Financial Analysis to manage revenue-producing price optimization activities with emphasis on financial guarantee performance. Manages communication and collaborates with Financial Client Operations-Pricing Guarantees, Finance, and Account Management with regard to client financial guarantees and price management. Provides price management analytics and reporting functions while supporting leadership with ad hoc inquiries. Facilitates and promotes continued process improvements, targeting increased profitability and price optimization for the global organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute performance forecasting while managing pricing optimization strategy in line with monthly schedules and senior leadership guidance.
  • Develop and manage strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders to achieve results consistent with the best interests of the enterprise.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed, while continuing to address newly created initiatives/projects as a representative of the team and its goals.
  • Produce and support new tools and processes to enhance existing pricing management processes and foster team efficiency.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience including Excel-based financial modeling.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. SQL experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, technical, analytical, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions.
  • Strong business and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
