This position reports directly to one of the Group CFOs in SPG. As a key finance business partner, the candidate will anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and actively influence management with critical analysis and sound business advice. This role collaborates with various cross-functional organizations globally and requires the ability to provide solutions to complex problems. Works independently to support a complex and growing business with a diverse set of new and existing products serving high share applications to commodity type applications.

Major Responsibilities

• This is a dynamic role that will require the candidate to drive aligned processes around cost optimization across multiple business units. The position requires an individual who is eager to work across functions and levels to provide valued Finance support
• Business partnering with executive management team across business unit operations and common engineering functions
• ROI and prioritization for engineering cost reduction programs
• Updates to management around project milestone compliance, savings magnitude changes, key risks or opportunities
• Savings validation and linkage to business unit P&L
• Forecast vs actual reporting with variance explanations
• Forecast allocation across business units and products
• Executive management reporting
• Process improvement in collaboration with peers in SPG and Worldwide Operations Finance
• Support for all Agile Finance initiatives

Education & Experience

BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience, semiconductor equipment or components manufacturing preferred

U.S. Salary Range:

$140,000.00 - $192,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
