We are actively recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team supporting our PPC (Packaging, Plating, and Cleans) and MMS (Montana Manufacturing Services) groups. This role reports to the Site Controller in Kalispell, MT and joins a team consisting of two other PPC/MMS dedicated finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary finance contact and support for PPC/MMS manufacturing operations:

• Prepare financial data for internal business reviews
• Work with manufacturing operations on quarterly headcount planning & resource optimization
• Monitor and provide regular reporting of over/under absorption
• Implement reporting of key financial metrics that enable meaningful insights and improve the visibility of the company's financial results
• Assist with Quarterly/Annual Forecast Cycles
• Translate and interpret financial results into recommendations for further communication
• Partner with GIS and with other business areas to enable implementation of new reporting systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in job offered or related field
• Strong Accounting/Finance skills
• Strong influencing and customer relationship skills
• Proven competencies in communications and problem-solving
• Advanced Microsoft Office tool knowledge
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Experience working in the semiconductor manufacturing industry a strong plus
