POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Manager, Financial Analytics & Reporting, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will manage a team of business analysts. Responsible for Accredo Patient Access and Revenue Cycle management Analytics, reporting, Forecasting, and expense budgeting. Collaborate with Patient Access Revenue Cycle Management (PARCM) leadership, Finance and Account Management to Develop, analyze, and deliver reporting to drive process improvement and reduce financial risk.
This data driven person will coordinate activities with Corporate Finance, Risk Management Groups (RMG), IT, Quantitative Analysis Teams and HR to improve volume, financial, and staffing forecasting. Identify opportunities & develop solutions that drive productivity/quality improvement across the PARCM organization.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,600 - 196,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all reporting and analysis for Patient Access and Revenue Cycle.
- Management functions.
- Develop forecasting models for rx volume, referral volume, bad debt, cash, expenses, etc to improve budget planning accuracy.
- Develop, Analyze, and communicate reporting to drive process improvements and reduce financial risk.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting process for key service and financial metrics.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Define RCM Key Performance Indicators & supporting metrics that accurately measure PARCM performance.
- Summarize data and analysis to clearly communicate the story to the intended audience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated Strong SQL & Tableau skills required.
- "R" and/or PYTHON language a plus. (Can train right candidate)
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills required. Advanced financial modeling skills a plus. Strong statistical analysis skills a plus.
- Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience. i.e MBA,MHA, Masters in Health Informatics or related Master's degree a plus.
- 6+ years' experience Reporting & Analytics in a Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare, or patient access environment. Operations Analysis or Business Analysis experience a plus. Experience managing a team required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare billing, collections and other support functions including: audit, patient of rules/regulations of Medicare/Medicaid and other government payors as well as commercial insurers and specialty contracts.
- Knowledge of Healthcare information systems and data stored and prominent functions within healthcare related entities accounting systems.
- Revenue Cycle Management certifications a plus: HFMA or AHIMA
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, regulatory compliance, auditing practices, a plus (Can train right candidate)
- Project Management Experience a plus.
