Financial Analyst 1

Job Overview

Support business transformational projects including implementation of functional resource models, strategic enterprise models, and corporate acquisitions, portfolio collections, through due diligence review, transition and integration planning and execution, and closing activities. Supports with transaction post go live / close as transition and integration activities continue. Activities will include working closely with team members, IQVIA customer account teams and customer contacts as well as various functional leads throughout the organization.

Essential Functions

• Works with project and revenue teams to review and calculate volume based client price quotes by applying IQVIA pricing policies.
• Collaborates between, Billing systems, Record to report, Revenue systems, Financial Planning and Analysis, Project Systems to ensure accurate deliverables to client according to contract requirements.
• Prepares monthly sales team revenue performance and revenue highlights.
• Prepares revenue related financial analysis as requested.
• Perform, review and gather periodic information for audits of files for accuracy and completeness for individual and global client portfolio's.
• Liaises with other departments and business units and outside parties in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner
• Liaise with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders and internal and external project teams
• Coordinate project team and/or customer meetings including logistics and materials required
• Coordinate with other project team staff within Transition and Implementation team to identify and streamline processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting Preferred

• Two (2) years' experience in general/ revenue accounting, contract administration, Business administration or billing. Req• Familiarity with financial reporting systems.• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.• Strong organization skills.
