SUMMARY
This Finance Analyst will be accountable for the successful delivery and analysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports. These reports will be used for business planning and strategic and tactical decision making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
REPORTING
  • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
  • Support "Best in Class" reporting.
  • Complete all tasks tied to purchase orders: issuance, tracking, closing
  • Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
  • Organize and maintain team data entry collection, reporting and communication.
  • Monthly & quarterly report generation and Analysis
  • Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and budget documentation
  • Assist with various Accounting Related Activities

BUDGETING | FORECASTING
  • Detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual spending and Forecast verses Actual spending.
  • Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure forecast accuracy reporting
  • Schedule meetings with team as needed to escalate issues
OTHER
  • Special projects and other functions as required by manager
  • Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills
  • Home based position with the need to travel based off business obligations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Real Estate/Property Management services, preferred
  • Process Management experience or demonstrated skills, preferred

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
  • Demonstrated initiative, & independence
  • Experience in Software Tools: MS Office Products, strong Excel skills
  • Experience in PeopleSoft, preferred
