Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our growing business. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing reporting and business support for data-driven decision making in rapidly evolving global environments. This role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, data collection, a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role also has regular interaction with executives and various business units and partners. Regular travel will be required to our various business partners across the world.

Responsibilities
• Prepare budget, asset, liability, and capital account entries;
• Maintain the financial reporting and general ledger system to meet corporate reporting requirements;
• Monitor and report monthly close progress to the management;
• Analyze and reconcile financial results to ensure accuracy of monthly financial reports and identify improvement opportunities;
• Ensure proper accounting and business controls are in place to safeguard company assets;
• Recommend and implement changes to financial related policies, processes, and systems to improve company-wide initiatives, efficiencies and effectiveness;
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other related reports;
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements and advise needed actions;
• Interface with external auditors to generate yearly auditing report and action plans to comply with audit recommendations;
• Assist other special activities and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related majors
• 3-5 years of related accounting/financial work experience
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must have ability to work independently, be organized and accurate
• Must possess a positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in workload and job requirements
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, ability to present data/findings clearly in both languages
• Ability to travel
