Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of clients' business operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing strategic recommendations.
• Develop detailed financial models and projections to support clients in decision-making processes.
• Participate in the development of project plans and timelines, and manage project budgets and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, adjusting financial models and strategies as needed based on market trends, regulatory changes, and other external factors.
• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis to clients changing needs and provide insights to all areas
• Develop, produce, and track key metrics and other financial indicators through automated processes and KPI dashboards
• Collaborate with other members of the RoseRyan team to ensure seamless delivery of advisory services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and share insights and recommendations with clients and colleagues.
• Generate financial reports and presentations to communicate complex financial data and analysis to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or work related experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
