Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for month-end activities. This includes adhering to corporate policy, account reconciliations, reports consolidations, BS & P&L month over month variance analysis and providing various reports to management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Factoring
• Coordinate reconciliation of sub ledger accounts and general ledger
• Performing quarterly/monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis process for areas of responsibility accurately and on-time.
• Financial Statements review
• Complete Quarterly reporting Package (Footnotes) for multiple locations
• Assisting in month end closing management and other reporting
• Participate in external & Internal audit submissions of deliverables
• Research to support other department inquiries and management questions.
• Cash management support
• Communicate with Banks, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, HR, and employees around the globe, as needed to resolve issues
• Submit Other report consolidations for HQ
• Complete R&D expense Template

Years of Experience:

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting.

Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, SAP and MS Excel are a requirements for this position

• Must be a self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Flexibility in work schedule is necessary to accommodate periods of high volume workload.

• In addition to strong accounting skills the successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, documentation and research capabilities.

Special Requirements:

• Overtime as required to meet month end requirements.
