PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich's, a Family-Owned Food Company dedicated to inspiring possibilities is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to support its US/Canada Region. The successful candidate will have the required financial competencies to play a key role in supporting pricing efforts with our In Store Bakery Division and supporting overall US/Canada Finance with reporting and analysis, optimization efforts to streamline activities, and special project analysis. We seek a collaborative and impactful finance associate with successful experience in providing financial advice and counsel. S/he understands and appreciates being closely involved with the intricacies of the business and is a hands-on participant beyond his/her financial scope.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES• Provide insightful financial management support to the Vice President and Director of US/Canada Finance.• Bring financial support surrounding In Store Bakery pricing & assistance with category support for Hispanic and Donuts, overall USC support with spoilage & SKU rationalization, cost optimization, strategic planning support with industry segments and category assessments, along with reporting & analysis related to analyzing USC top customers, waterfall charts comparing actuals vs flash and prior year, in addition to further special project support. • Play a key role in assisting with decision support that will drive performance and results. • Travel is limited to the US for sales meetings and/or manufacturing plant visits. • The position is located at Rich's U.S. Headquarters in Buffalo, NY; the role is a hybrid role requiring you to work in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting • MBA or other advanced degree as well as CPA/CMA certification is highly preferred• 0 - 3 years of Finance/Accounting experience • Modeling experience with financial, cost, etc. along with system support • Ability to develop accurate and timely financial analysis & reports • Experience in finance, accounting, financial data analysis and forecasting with preparation of monthly reports • Thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control• Willing to work in a face-paced dynamic environment • Ability to organize and prioritize work to balance cost and risk factors within the Finance team • Demonstrated planning, managing projects and organizing skills • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and other Business unit teams• Drives to take actions on the conclusions from the analysis • Passion for the business, combined with a positive personality and attitude, and a hands-on style • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills • Holds self-accountable with sound judgment, high intelligence, and high emotional IQ • High energy with appropriate sense of urgency
