We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to assist with the financial and operational forecasting, modeling and reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance.

What you will be doing...

As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing financial data for all business units, your multifaced role involves:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of company-wide financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances and opportunities for organizational and departmental improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts, monitor performance and highlight any deviations while providing actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate scenarios and assess the impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes
• Identify and analyze trends, economic factors and industry benchmarks that could impact the company's financial performance
• Maintains a deep understanding of the connection between the accounting closing process, general ledger structure, and reporting
• Analyze and prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range projections
• Support the sales process by preparing pro formas for new business opportunities
• Continuously assess and enhance financial analysis processes, tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:• Associate's degree, with at least twelve credit hours of Finance coursework completed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills, and excellent time management.
• Strong data analysis and computer skills
• Working Knowledge of relational databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to learn proprietary software system.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects at once

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Aviation industry and Quantum experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
