ModMed is hiring a driven Financial Analyst to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Finance team focused on owning all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis for Client Services. This is an exciting opportunity to support leaders to make strategic and operational business decisions within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
- Serve as a finance business partner for our CS organization and work cross functionally within CS (Professional Services, Customer Success Management, and Support) and externally with Accounting, Sales, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Own the financial planning, reporting and analysis function for our CS organization.
- Understand the underlying business drivers and proactively builds ad-hoc analysis to help make decisions and drive business value.
- Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and visibility for all activities within the department.
- Coordinate and cooperate with accounting and any other departments as needed to accurately report on financials.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong business modeling and financial forecasting skills required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comprehensive understanding of line-of-business software solutions: Adaptive Insights, Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Experience with BI/dashboard tools is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
- VBA, SQL, and related skill sets is preferred.
- Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple functions.
- Experience with business intelligence software highly preferred (Adaptive, Qlik, etc).
- Familiarity with large scale ERP or G/L package is preferred (NetSuite).
