Job Description

Key financial events that will be supported include Budget/Business Plan Development, Forecasting, and Actuals along with analysis of variances and tracking against budget. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with both finance and operating colleagues. Must be self-motivated and have a strong FP&A background.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and Balance Sheet categories
• Responsible for consolidation reporting throughout the Americas Region
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategy discussions, business initiatives and special projects
• Quarterly and Monthly financial reports

Years of Experience

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience

Degree Preferred

• BS in Finance or Accounting

• Hyperion
• SAP
• Excel, expert level
• Powerpoint

Special Requirements (ie: Overtime, Travel, etc)

• Overtime as required to meet month end requirements
• Travel as required
