Financial Analyst

The Financial/MIS Analyst is responsible for tracking financial performance against plans, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and assisting senior management in making tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Monthly MIS:

• Prepare and check monthly MIS Reports.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, contact the accounts team to identify variance reasons, and document them.
• Suggest and ensure proposed corrections are incorporated in the monthly closing.
  

Annual Budget & Business Plan:

• Prepare the annual budget, review it with the Finance Director, and modify it as needed.
• Monitor budget utilization performance, investigate deviations, and prepare variance analysis.
• Prepare business plans for the company for different requested scenarios.
  

CRM and Subscription Management:

• Coordinate with the sales and CSM team to ensure alignment with company policies related to closing deals and activating them.
• Verify data integration from HUBSPOT into the financial system.
• Ensure MRR, ARR, and other reports align with financial reports.
• Prepare monthly reports related to unit economics, deferred revenue, and ad-hoc reports 

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Support other departments with financial analysis requirements.
• Perform strategic analysis for the CEO as needed.

• Professional qualification or certification in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
